What to Bring

  • All Full Day Trips include: All fishing equipment (excluding Waders and Boots), waters, soft drinks and lunch. 

  • All 1/2 Day Trips include: All fishing equipment (Excluding Waders and Boots), waters and soft drinks.

  • Waders and boots can be rented via local fly shops if necessary.   You will be notified if prior to your trip if you will need waders and boots but for most trips they are not necessary.  

 

Personal Gear to Bring​

The weather in Montana often changes by the hour.  Below is a list of recommended items to bring.

  • Rain Gear (Rain jacket most importantly. If the weather looks really wet, rain pants too.)

  • Hat and Sunglasses. 

  • Sunscreen (Your guide will have sunscreen but if you like specific types feel free to bring your own.)

  • Layers (The day often starts cool and by the end of the day is very hot. Bring layers to adjust to changing temps.)

  • Snacks and alcoholic beverages. (If the provided lunch isn't enough, feel free to bring snacks. We cannot supply alcoholic beverages but feel free to bring your own to add to the cooler.)

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment

We will collect 1/2 of the cost of the trip as a deposit at the time of booking. You can decide to pay if full if this option is easier for you also. Just know your deposit is 1/2 the price of the full trip. 

Cancellation Policy

Deposits for canceled guide trips will be refunded in full with a 30-day or more notice.Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the full deposit amount. If we are able to re-book theguide, we will refund the deposit or apply it to a trip at a later date. If a trip is canceled with lessthan 24 hours notice, the total price of the guided trip will be charged. Our guide trips go out inall safe weather and water conditions. Therefore, inclement weather, water levels, or undesirablefishing conditions are NOT acceptable reasons to cancel or receive a refund. All cancellationsmust be given by written notice via email or via phone call. The date a written cancellationnotice is electronically received or the phone call is received will be considered the date ofcancellation. Trips canceled by the guide or mutual guide/client decision due to unsafe weatheror water conditions, state or federal closures, or other uncontrollable circumstances will have theentire deposit refunded.
